It's creamier and richer, for one thing, and doesn't have any eggs in it. The traditional flavors are a little different, too.
The ones I've made here are mostly flavored by edible flowers--padisarahs, roses, lavender, and mint, as well as a plain one with cardamom and sea salt. I'm thinking about adding fruit flavors but I wanted to make sure of these before adding more.
